The world's most expensive peaches were stolen in China
Three men stole invaluable peaches from a state research farm in China.
Scientists have worked for 13 years, crossing different varieties to refine the perfect peach. Three villagers – presumably livelihoods criminals – sneaked into the horticulture at night, and took three bags full of peaches. They were not choosy, because they took froom at least ten varieties. It is fortunate that they did not chop the trees and brought them as firewood for the winter, because the value of each is around 70-100 million HUF worth yuan. One out of the three thieves was arrested. (MTI)
