The rural hotels will make profit from the long weekend
In the long weekend connected to Aug. 20 demand grows for rural hotels primarily. In Budapest, August is not a peak season – Kovács István, Secretary of the Hungarian Association of Hotels and Restaurants (MSZÉSZ) told MTI on Friday.
Since August 20 is only a domestic holiday, interest is growing mostly for rural hotels. According to Kovács István, it is true for all long weekends. Since it is still the summer holiday season, in hotels beside lakes and where baths and spas can be found – probably there will not be too much vacant rooms. (MTI)
