The Rural Development Minister would restore the old prestige of Kalocsai Paprika

With the collaboration of producers and processors, and with support of the ministry the old prestige of Kalocsai Paprika can be and should be restored – said the Rural Development Minister at the opening ceremony of the local paprika festival on Saturday.

Fazekas Sándor in his speech praised the historic past of the city of Kalocsa. He stressed: Kalocsa has several famous “trademarks” of which beside embroidery, the pepper is deservedly world famous, and the city can build on these products – reports MTI.
