The competition office helps with prospectuses for those who want to buy airline tickets, choose travel agency programs, in online reservations, or in car renting – the spokesman of the Economic Competition Authority (GVH) told M1 news channel.
Kollár Kinga told the summary information was compiled based on incoming complaints and the experience of the procedures. Approximately one thousand complaints are handled each year, almost one third of which are announcements in connection with travel – she added. (MTI)
