The customers are interested in the price / value ratio primarily
Surveys have shown that Hungarian customers are clearly looking for domestic products, but experience of the retail chains shows that the minimum price difference favors the foreign products.
Those who have higher-income hunt for Hungarian products consciously, although it is not entirely clear what the Hungarian product label means. The government wants to clear the confusing situation, but it will not be an easy task, a similar initiative failed two years ago – reports origo.
