The majority of customers are satisfied with the Basket Plus discount

According to a recent video by Economx, the Russian discount store called Basket Plus opened in Budapest’s 18th district at the end of last year, and the store is already attracting people from several parts of the country – and even from across the border – out of curiosity. According to the newspaper’s report, many people arrived skeptically, while others simply came to “see” what the new player could do.

The customers who spoke in the video, among other things, expressed their opinions on the quality of the products: several said that there was “not that much of a problem” with the quality, but they also indicated that not all products were top-of-the-range. According to one respondent, it is worth trying and experiencing which items work best.

According to the report, the meat products seemed particularly trustworthy to many. At the same time, Economx also points out that there have been several criticisms of the store on social media – especially in comments – and that is why they specifically asked customers about the quality.

It is interesting that, based on what was said in the video, most people first encountered the name Basket Plus on TikTok, and learned about it from there. The store opened in the 2nd district.
