In third of the test purchases problems were found during the Christmas shopping inspections
Inspectors found problems one in three cases, during this year's pre-Christmas test purchases, while last year this rate was 55 percent – Fülöp Zsuzsanna, spokesperson of the National Consumer Protection Authority told at Wednesday’s press conference in Budapest.
The Inspectors have tested the correct indication of prices, the reality of special offers, information on consumer rights and tried to eliminate the prejudicial acts – said the spokesperson.
Inspectors mainly inspected the shopping centers of the large chains, but also visited Christmas fairs and markets. (MTI)
