Less coffee consumption decreasing as awaited
Valdo Café made a survey between its 100 big clients about the effects of the financial crisis on coffee consumption in Hungary.
According to the survey there is a
small recession in coffee industry, but this is not so big as we
prognostied it before – said Laszlo Kaszas, CEO of Valdo Café.
People who has to pay for coffee on the
workplace drink no less as before, but on places where the free
coffee is no more available the consumption decreased by 20-30%. The
survey showed only 4-6% coffee consumption decreasing in the catering
industry.
