German business sentiment declined more-than-expected
German business sentiment declined more than expected in April – shows the Wednesday statement of the German Ifo Research of Institute.
The sentiment index based on interviews with 7,000 company CEOs fell to 104.4 points in April from the 106.7 points of March. Analysts expected 106.2 points.
The Ifo Communication emphasized that the German economy is now rested and businesses are much more cautious than in March. (MTI)
