Retail sales in the euro area grew more than expected in February
In February, retail trade in the euro area grew more than expected – according to Eurostat, the European Union’s statistical office.
In February, the volume of retail sales in the euro area and in the EU-28 increased by 0.4 percent, compared to the previous month. In January, the growth was 0.9 percent in the euro area and 1.0 percent in the EU. (MTI)
