The Gallicoop Pulykafeldolgozó Zrt. closed a better than expected year

The Szarvas-based Gallicoop Pulykafeldolgozó Zrt. (Gallicoop Turkey Processing Ltd.) reached a net sales revenue of 32.4 billion HUF in 2012, 4.4 percent more than in the previous year.

The company's pre-tax profit was 114 million HUF.

The Gallicoop sold a total of 11 thousand tons of meat last year, maintaining its leading position in the poultry industry – the company’s press release published on Thursday says. According to the company’s datas, the Gallicoop Pulykafeldolgozó Zrt. has a market share of 43 percent, and provides a total of 33 percent of the Hungarian poultry exports.   (MTI)
