Ifo’s German business sentiment index was weaker than expected in April
Instead of the expected modest improvement, the German business sentiment index of the ifo economic research institute at the University of Munich deteriorated in April.
In April, the business sentiment index of the ifo economic research institute (ifo Institut – Leibniz-Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung an der Universität München e.V.) dropped by 0.5 points to 99.2 points, compared to the expected modest increase of 99.9 points. (MTI)
