Investor confidence in the euro area returned to pre-crisis levels in January
In January, the euro area investor confidence index of the Sentix Economic Research Institute performed better than expected and for the first time since the coronavirus crisis.
Sentix’s investor confidence index rose 1.3 points in January from minus 2.7 points in December instead of the 0.7 points expected by analysts.
Both components of the index, the current investor environment and the outlook, have also improved. (MTI)
