More than half of the businesses are thinking about unique solutions that require 5G or broadband infrastructure
More and more businesses are realizing that optimal and fast data connections, making the most of the opportunities offered by 5G or the Internet of Things (IoT) can transform their business models and create new sources of income for them. From transport and logistics to the construction industry to manufacturing and agriculture, it would be worthwhile to take advantage of the opportunities inherent in advanced telecommunications infrastructures and related 5G services in many sectors in Hungary – in some sectors, more than half of the companies are already interested in unique solutions related to this.

Businesses are already preparing plans that take full advantage of 5G
UK5G, the national innovation network aimed at accelerating the adoption of 5G, conducted a survey among 300 businesses in the United Kingdom, which revealed that 70 percent of companies are already using 5G or planning to implement it. Although there are obstacles to implementation, the biggest of which is the cost of infrastructure, businesses are already preparing plans to take full advantage of 5G.
Almost three-quarters (73%) of respondents believe they are aware of the benefits of 5G, and 70% have a plan for how they will use it to gain a competitive advantage. The maturity of 5G innovation is proven by the fact that businesses understand the results offered by the technology: for example, two-thirds (66%) believe that 5G will contribute positively to their corporate sustainability efforts and help improve the customer experience (65%).
