The Sole-Mizo Zrt. develops its cottage cheese and yoghurt production
The Sole-Mizo Zrt. develops its cottage cheese and yoghurt production in the scope of a 845 million HUF EU support. The total cost of the project is 1.8 billion HUF – Herczeg István, Central European COO of the company announced on Monday in Szeged.
Herczeg István at an organized public meeting told that thanks to the 845 million HUF support of the European Union and the government, new products will be marketed, and at the same time the efficiency of production will improve substantially.
The Sole-Mizo Zrt. currently produces 50-60 tons of cottage cheese a week. Due to the development the amount will be increased to 80-100 tonnes – Herczeg István added. (MTI)
