Triticale is the crop of the future

Thanks to its wide range of good characteristics, triticale is becoming more and more important as a feed grain – our magazine learned at an international conference in Szeged. This wheat and rye hybrid was created 120-130 years ago and in Hungary it is grown in an area of 130,000-140,000 hectares.
