Trigranit develops in Poznan
The mostly Hungarian-owned TriGranit, the third biggest commercial real estate developer in Europe signs a contract with PKP Polish Railway Company to construct a transport and trade center.
Along with the new railway-, bus- and trainstation, an office building and shopping center is to be created with a parking of 1500 places. The first phase of the 160 million euros worth complex will be handed over in 2012. The complex will be realized in two phases on a brutto size of 93 thousand square meters – writes tozsdeforum.hu.
