The Trans-Sped group of companies significantly increased its sales in 2022
The Trans-Sped group of companies increased its sales by 30.1 percent in 2022, which reached HUF 32.7 billion last year after HUF 25.1 billion in 2021, the company told MTI.
Investments in warehouse logistics, expansion in Slovakia, the expansion of the truck fleet, and the commissioning of the new electric tractor supported the further growth of the company group and strengthened its market position, they write in the announcement.
According to the company’s report, the consolidated profit after tax decreased from HUF 674 million in 2021 to HUF 168 million in 2022. The year-end revaluation of existing foreign currency loans had a negative impact on last year’s after-tax profit.
In the announcement, it was pointed out that continuous improvements and the efficient use of increased capacities were a challenge for the company group, which is why the 2022 operating result of HUF 714.6 million fell short of the previous year’s HUF 889.9 million.
The investments made last year significantly increased Trans-Sped’s tangible assets, as well as the balance sheet total, which thus increased from HUF 26.6 billion in the previous year to HUF 30.9 billion by 2022.
