A Chadian delegation is studying the processing of camel milk in Hungary
Camel milk is a valuable food due to its beneficial physiological effects and special composition, and due to population growth, it is becoming more and more appreciated worldwide – the managing director of the Magyar Tejgazdasági Kísérleti Intézet Kft. in Mosonmagyaróvár, which has been dealing with this product for almost a decade, told the current channel M1 on Monday.
Róbert Kocsis said: a delegation has just arrived from Chad in Central Africa to study the processing procedure in Hungary.
To strengthen the relationship, a cooperation agreement was signed by the head of the Magyar Tejgazdasági Experimental Institute Kft. and the Csád Food Quality Control Center (CECOQDA).
The Hungarian managing director said: the processing technology of camel milk extends the shelf life, enables hygienic milking, and also ensures the full supply of retail chains.
