Tesco collecting PET-bottles and alu-boxes in 50 stores

In January this year, Tesco introduced the taking back of used PET-bottles and alu-boxes in 37 stores. Now, the system is available in 13 other stores as well.

The main thing about the system is that
environment-conscious customers get 5 HUF for five used PET-bottles,
and 10 HUF for five aluminium boxes in the form of  blocks to spend in
Tesco.  Customers from now on may take back their used PET-bottles and
alu-boxes in the following Tesco-stores: Megapark,  Aréna,  Svedex and
at Bécsi út, Budafoki út in Budapest, moreover in  Érd, Hatvan,
Orosháza, Kiskunfélegyháza,  Kecskemét, Várpalota, Gyula and
Miskolc-Avasi. The reason why Tesco decided to introduce this special
offer is because  they believe that more and more customers are living
environment-consciously and know that it is our common responsibility
to keep our neighbourhood clean.
