Tesco's cucumber comes from reliable Hungarian producers
In recent days, a major international attention has been paid in relation to the assumptions under which the Spanish and North African imports of cucumber spread serious illness in several European countries.
According to Tesco statement; The Tesco Global Stores Inc. raises consumer awareness that all the cucumber, which is available at Tesco stores in Hungary, comes from Hungarian producers. The consumption of cucumber bought in the units of Tesco is safe, but of course – like all fruits and vegetables – it is important to wash and clean them before consumption.
