A Tesco Academy education specialist has been elected President of the Commercial Skills Council
Since December, László Gábor, a lecturer and project manager at Tesco Akadémia Kft., has been the chairman of the Commercial Skills Council, after the term of the previous chairman has expired. The specialist was unanimously elected as the council’s leader by a 14-member panel of players from the commercial and logistics sectors. His term of office is two years.
László Gábor has been working for Tesco for more than 20 years, where he started as the head of the sports and DIY department of the Miskolc store, then as the commercial director of the Kecskemét and Nyíregyháza stores, and then as a specialist in the Budaörs center. He started leading management training at the company in 2007 and has been strengthening the Tesco Academy team since 2017.
