The Terreal – Creaton deal has been given the green light

Creaton South-East Europe Kft., located in Lenti, fell into French hands after the Terreal Group received permission from the European Competition Authority to acquire the parent company, Creaton GmbH.

The merger will not affect either the current session or the brand name. The mapping of synergies begin now. A technical investment of 1.3 billion HUF is planned in the Hungarian plant this year, which will enable it to serve the domestic and foreign markets with a higher production capacity next year with a higher level of production safety.
