Natural caffeine has a longer lasting effect than its artificial version
The authors of a study published in the scientific journal Nutrients compared the effects of natural and synthetic caffeine, according to the Medicalxpress medical news portal.
“We wanted to find out if there is a difference between how adaptogen-enriched natural caffeine affects cognitive processes, mood, and physiological functions (heart rate, blood pressure, and eye-hand coordination) and how artificial caffeine does the same.” explained Ali Boolani, a university professor.
