e-GN has been expanded with new functions to help producers
Nébih expanded the electronic management diary (e-GN) with “Withdrawal” and “Listing” functions. The goal of the office is to make the most user-friendly system available to customers through continuous development. The developments that have just been implemented are the latest elements of this effort.

The operator of the management diary can use the “Withdraw” function to delete inaccurately or incorrectly entered data lines. To use it, after entering e-GN and selecting the management year, click on the Change icon, then the “Trash” icon will appear at the end of the line. After selecting the function, a justification must be provided (e.g. incorrect recording), then the selected data lines will be deleted from the system. It is extremely important that in the case of deletion of a Production Site data line in a finalized state, the utilizations and operations connected to it are also deleted, so these must be re-recorded in the e-GN. In this case, it is important to click the Submit recorded data button before exiting, because the new data will be entered into the system with this step.
The other newly completed function is “Listing”
This can be found in the following fields: Plant culture data/Usage code, Agrotechnical operation data/Operation type, and Plant protection monitoring/Pest or reason for plant protection control/treatment. By clicking on the square icon on the right side of the fields, the system lists all the elements that can be selected in the given place. With the help of this function, the farmer can easily and quickly check whether the data he wants to enter is in the list. If you find any deficiencies, please let us know at egn@nebih.gov.hu.
