Imports decreased by 43 percent on the dairy market

Dairy imports decreased by 43 percent on the internal market, Hungarian products were managed to incease their share ratio – the Minister of Rural Development said in a press conference on Thursday, after a consultation with the dominant players in the dairy sector in Mezőfalva

Fazekas Sándor considered the last four years as succesful in terms of the dairy sector, since domestic milk production and th nember of cows also expanded with ten percent. The key to the success was the effective collaboration between the industry participants, the ministry and the professional organizations – he added. (MTI)
