About the renewed Delegated General Assembly of the Milk Interprofessional Organization and Product Council
On September 20, 2023, the Tej Szakmaközi Szerzevetz and Product Council held its renewal Delegated General Assembly, due every three years.
The delegates of the Tej Product Council elected the new 22-member Board, in which, in addition to one representative of each of the 4 retail chains, there are also 9 members representing milk producers and milk processors.
During the renewal, the members of the Board repeatedly voted their confidence in the former Managing Director, Zoltán Harcz, whose appointment is for an indefinite period.
According to the Articles of Association of the Product Council, in addition to the Managing Director, starting from this election cycle, the organization will be managed by three Co-Presidents of equal rank. The Board elected Mr. Miklós Istvánfalvi, board member of Pusztavámi Tejzövetkezet Zrt., as Producer Co-Chairman, Mr. Attila Koller, CEO of Tolnatej Zrt., as Worker Co-Chairman, while Mrs. Balázs Ildikó, Director of Corporate Relations at Auchan Magyarország Kft., as Retail Co-Chairman.
