The two-third of the service centers is planning an expansion
The two-third of the service centers operating in Hungary is planning an expansion. Most of the companies believe that the skilled workforce is the country's greatest strength – EY’s National SSC survey shows, that was presented in Budapest on Thursday.
“The presence of the service centers in Hungary is a clear success story, particularly in respect of the last five years. This upswing may take longer, since two-thirds of the companies plan expansion. However, the centers must also respond to a number of practical challenges, among which the resupply of qualified workforce is particularly important. Among other things, the collaboration between the sector and government can facilitate this “- Havas István CEO of EY told at the conference presenting the survey.
