Wines were also checked in Szépasszonyvölgy and near the shores of Lake Balaton
This year, the series of summer seasonal inspections of the food chain supervisory authority also included inspections of the “fröccsutcák” in Balaton and the “cellar streets” in Szépszonyvölgy. During the action, more than 100 establishments and their alcoholic beverage offerings were checked. Although the operation of a cellar in Eger had to be temporarily suspended, overall the official muster ended with a reassuring experience – Olga Beáta Felkai, Deputy Secretary of State for Food Industry and Trade Policy of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) explained in her statement on Tuesday.
