The tax authority warns that the personal income tax (PIT) and the health contributions (eho) are non-refundable after the amounts retransferred to the employers from the Széchenyi Rest Cards.
The National Tax and Customs Authoprity (NAV) recalls in its communication published on its website: that the transferred amounts on the Széchenyi Rest Cards are considered as fringe benefits. The tax burdens the payers, while the tax base on the payer is the 1.19 fold of the income.
