The SZÉP-card makes up more than two-thirds of the cafeteria
Although most employers have retained most of the cafeteria items offered last year, the SZÉP card and cash payments account for 96 percent of total cafeteria benefits due to its tax advantage, according to BDO Magyarország.
According to a statement from the audit and consulting firm, the survey summarizes the choices of nearly a thousand employees this year, all of whom are employees of companies that use BDO’s cafeteria consulting service. Although the data cannot be considered representative at the national level, the BDO said a number of important conclusions can be drawn from the survey. (MTI)
