An exhibition was opened on the history of the Szegedi paprika in the Memorial Park of Ópusztaszer
A new permanent exhibition on the history of the production and processing of paprika was opened in Szeged at the National Historical Memorial Park of Ópusztaszer.
Kodácz Csengele said that the purpose of the exhibition was to provide a comprehensive, credible picture of the introduction of paprika production and the large-scale production of the mill. The original industrial history and material ethnographic relics introduce the interest in the history of paprika cultivation and production. (MTI)
