The Hotel Association welcomes the uniform tourism tax in the capital

The Hungarian Association of Hotels and Restaurants (MSZÉSZ) welcomes that the districts of Budapest, in collaboration with the capital decided over the uniform application of the tourism tax.

The association wrote in its Thursday's resolution: on the basis of  the agreement, about 1.4 billion additional funding will be available for Budapest's tourism promotion in the future, because the quarter of the 4 percent rate will be spent on to establish a joint marketing fund – reports MTI.
