Professional organizations recommend consulting on the advertising tax
According to the standpoint of the professional associations, the effects of the planned “advertising tax” on the media sector are still unpredictable for the sector and for the general public, and it will dramatically affect the communications industry, which is in a difficult situation.
The media sector, is in a hard situation for years. The sector over the last five years has lost more than a third of its advertising revenues.
The tax liability in the draft would ultimately jeopardize the media sector’s ability to create jobs, itsinvestment, research and development activities, social functions, and the supply of its basic social functions. The planned tax liability so not only affecting the media sector’s activities, but its harmful effects would cover the entire communication industry and also the associated industries.
