Vocational training can be the solution to regional inequalities
Increasing world-wide employment would give room for faster development, but regional disparities deter countries from achieving their goals – according to the recently published OECD study conducted with the assistance of the National Federation of Employers and Manufacturers. In Hungary, the experts of MGYOSZ see the key to catching up in slower-growing parts of the country by strengthening vocational training.
In most member states of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the employment rate has increased due to the widespread employment of women and as the result of the retention of older workers – according to the recent Employment Prospects 2019 publication of OECD.
