Chef Timothy Hollingsworth — former chef de cuisine at Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry —opened his own restaurant in Los Angeles in December 2015 and is already making waves. Otium is a rustic but polished spot serving food inspired by Hollingsworth’s global travels. Each dish is stunningly plated, worthy of the restaurant’s location next to Los Angeles’ newest contemporary art museum The Broad. Watch above to see how a few of Otium’s menu items come together.
