From now, the Day of Balaton will be the opening day of the beach season, which will be held on the first Friday when the temperature of the lake reaches 20 degrees.
In this case, sports and cultural events will await the guests not only on thebeach, but in its surroundings – Kardos Gábor, the owner of the idea, President of the Balatoni Kör told MTI about the initative that is also supported by the Hungarian National Tourist Office and several organizations of the Lake Balaton on Wednesday.
