Heat speeds up the aging of the beer
The heat is good for the beer consumption, but it is not good for the beer. It is worth to pay attention to the proper storage temperature and consumption temperature of beer. The different types of beer flavors can be enjoyed between 8-15 degrees (Celsius) with the fullest extent.
The heat speeds up the “aging” of the beer. It is best to store the purchased beer in a cool, dry room. The temperature is ideal between 8-20 degrees Celsius, protected from the sun. The frequent and severe temperature changes is bad for the beer, the extreme heat or cold can make it cloudy – dr. Schillinger Attila, director of the Association of Hungarian Brewers warns.
