One can hear a lot of small-scale producers complaining on large retail chains, but little is mentioned about the suppliers who, despite their small size, can be successful with the leaving out of the intermediary organizations.

These small-scale producers are planning in long-terms and seeking to invest and develop. They are receptive to innovation. They recognized, that the continually renewed demands of the chains can be gratified by only innovative ways. They are ready to breed new varieties or planting new fruit and vegetable varieties.
Their main problem is the lack of capital, making the continous financing of the production difficult – reports Népszabadság Online.
