Shell will continue to support the essential work of the Peter Cerny Foundation in 2023
Shell Hungary zRt. and the decades-long cooperation of the Peter Cerny Foundation will continue in 2023. The energy industry company provides support in the amount of HUF 15 million, which partially covers the fuel needed for the annual running of the fleet of vehicles used for the rescue of premature babies, as well as other means necessary for the rescue of premature babies.
The ambulances of the Peter Cerny Foundation run about 150,000 kilometers a year to provide emergency care and transport for an average of 3,000 premature babies. Shell Hungary zRt. He has been a persistent supporter of the foundation since 1989, and for years he has been supplying the organization with the entire amount of fuel needed to run the ambulances. In the year 2022, Shell contributed in many ways to the success of the Foundation’s work to save premature babies. Through the ClubSmart program, it provides the possibility of donating to its loyal customers throughout the year.
For this year, Shell has set new ambitious plans for the proper care of premature babies
support, in 2023 it will contribute HUF 15 million to the operation of the Peter Cerny Foundation:
• Most of the subsidy amount is required for the annual running of the vehicle fleet
covers fuel costs.
• In order to keep the foundation’s vehicles clean, the energy industry company CleanUp
also provides a mobile car wash service using environmentally friendly technology.
