The trend of tattooing chefs’ hands, like so many other things related to gastronomy – also according to Bocuse – started in New York. We couldn’t find any indication as to whose idea it was to parody this fashion, the dish-holding gloves depicting tattooed arms and hands, but it doesn’t matter: it seems like a good idea.
