Joint donation of Schwarz group companies: HUF 400 million in emergency aid for Turkey and Syria
We are deeply moved by the disaster in Turkey and Syria, which is why the member companies of the Schwarz Group, which also owns Lidl Hungary, are providing emergency aid of around HUF 400 million to help the people living in the region affected by the earthquake.
We have to provide assistance to the victims of the disaster as quickly as possible, so we will send the joint donation to the Disaster Relief Organization of the German Red Cross, so that the staff of the aid organization working in the area affected by the disaster can provide the necessary assistance on the spot.
Schwarz Group companies employ many people who have family ties to people living in the region. Our thoughts are with them and we express our sympathy to the victims of the disaster.
