Maspex increase at Romanian pasta market

Tymbark Maspex Romania buys majority stake in Romanian pasta manufacturer Arnos Romanian food and beverage group.

 Tymbark Maspex, part of the Polish Maspex Group, has announced its acquisition of 80% of Romanian pasta manufacturer Arnos.The acquisition is to be finalised in December. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Tymbark, formerly known as La Festa International, is a producer of juices, instant coffee, tea, and cereals. Arnos is one of the leading pasta producers in Romania. Its acquisition will help Tymbark consolidate its position in Romania, the group said in a statement.
