Revolut’s terms and conditions are changing
Revolut, which is active in the field of digital financial services, has announced that it will introduce a number of changes to its personal contract terms from March 11, 2024. The new provisions are mainly aimed at preventing fraud and abuse, while the company stated that these changes are in line with the relevant legal requirements.
One of the key changes is that Revolut’s phone number will be that of an automated phone company, meaning that customers will no longer be able to speak directly to the company’s staff. The phone line can only be used to block your Revolut card and only provides automated responses on general topics.
The company also announced that the Revolut app or card cannot be used for cyclical movement of funds and for abusing products, services or customer service. Use of your personal account is strictly limited to personal purposes and activities that may compromise the integrity of Revolut’s services or the security of its customers will not be permitted.
