The Resideal entrusted the Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) commercial real estate advisory company to operate four of its malls in rural areas.

The Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) received the commission to the management and rental of four rural shopping centers belonging to the portfolio of Resideal and to manage a retail park. The total area of the malls in Pécs, Sopron, Szombathely and Veszprém and the commercial park in Zalaegerszeg is approximately 50,000 net square meters. (portfolio.hu)
