Eight million HUF worth rent in the world’s most expensive shopping street
Cushman & Wakefield has prepared its annual report of the most expensive streets, calculated on the basis of rents paid by retailers – portfolio.hu wrote.
The most expensive venue (Causeway Bay) can be found in Hong Kong in the second quarter of this year, where 24,606 euros (7.95 million forints) had to be paid for one square meter. Causeway Bay is followed by New York (Upper 5th Avenue) and London (New Bond Street), Paris (Avenue des Champs-Élysées), Milan (Via Monte Napoleone), Zurich (Bahnhofstrasse) and Vienna (Kohlmarkt) too.
