Refresco likely to buy three Coca-Cola production facilities in the USA

Bottling company Refresco has entered into an agreement with The Coca-Cola Company to buy three of its US factories. The deal sets out long-term agreements for contract manufacturing activities; the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
