Procter & Gamble to buy Ambi Pur
Friday, Procter & Gamble has signed a contract, with the Sarah Lee company, which bought Ambi Pur, for 470 million USD.
According to the communication of Procter & Gamble, the transaction will be completed in the current financial quarter, so the company’s 2010 results are not expected to be affected – reports MarketWatch.
