About the Prinzhorn Group

The Prinzhorn Group has 3,650 employees in 12 countries. Being one of Europe’s market leaders in recycling, corrugated board production and packaging solutions, the group manufactures 1.6 million tons of corrugated board a year and its annual turnover is EUR 1 billion. Prinzhorn Group is an Austrian, family-owned enterprise with three divisions: Hamburger Recycling, Hamburger Containerboard and Dunapack Packaging. The group entered the Hungarian market in 1990 and employs 1,100 people in Duparec Kft., Hamburger Hungária Kft. and Dunapack Kft. In the last 20 years they invested EUR 600 million in Hungary.
