The premium meat products represents the future

Most of the Hungarian meat processing companies are almost in a hopeless position: the crisis has been further aggravated the condition of the already struggling under-resourced sector.

The companies receive little credit, high amounts are requested for meat, while the costs of processing are difficult to enforce on the Hungarian market. In spite of these, the Kapuvári Meat Zrt. expanded its capacity and with partly by EU sources a bacon factory was built and planning to produce 2000 tonnes of bacon and ham product for the next year – reports Világgazdaság Online.
